Sharing the Blessings

Is your congregation, business or foundation interested in a direct involvement in world development? Perhaps you are planning a Capital Campaign for a new building project and you want it to have a global impact? If the answer is yes to either, perhaps the Sharing the Blessings program is right for your organization.

Sharing the Blessings is an acknowledgement that we in the Developed World have been richly blessed. By dedicating a portion of your new building budget to a project in a Developing Country, we have the opportunity to share in the joy of making a significant difference toward the improvement of the human condition. Through sharing of our blessings, we discover the joy of both giving and receiving.

First Lutheran Church, Fargo, North Dakota worked with Msaada to support the building of a new church in Madagascar. The chair of the building committee shared their experiences:

“We are pleased with our congregation’s response. We are also receiving support for this project from other people in the area. People in the Fargo-Moorhead area seem to be getting great joy out of this. We thank God for that and for bringing us into a relationship with the congregation in Ankatso, Madagascar.”

Tom Espel, Chair of Global Mission Committee, First Lutheran Church, Fargo, North Dakota

If you are interested in becoming an active partner in World Development, please review the following potential projects and let us know how Msaada can assist you in Sharing the Blessings.
